Alongside her performing career, Sara is a passionate Flute teacher and works in London. She teaches both in person and online.

She has been teaching for many years, working with students of all ages and abilities, from beginners to Grade 8 and beyond.

She has successfully helped students prepare hundreds of exams, with both ABRSM and Trinity boards.

She currently works as a Flute teacher for the Community Music Service at London Borough of Barking & Dagenham, and for Young Music Makers in London. Sara has a lovely group of private students as well.

She has given lectures on Flute extended techniques and Contemporary repertoire at Royal College of Music (London), Conservatoire "G. Verdi" (Milan),  Tel Aviv University (Israel).

She leads the flute section at TRY, the orchestral course at the Studio Productions of the Royal Opera House in Essex, with Digby Hunt, Head of CMS of Barking & Dagenham. She's also part of the CMS Staff Orchestra, conducted by Digby Hunt. They tour most schools in the Borough, giving concerts for the children.
